Introducing Jonny Glenn, the Boston-based Alternative/Pop Sensation! This young artist has made waves in the music industry with his debut single “Sail Away”, which skyrocketed to #126 on the iTunes Pop Chart. Produced by the talented Christian Medice, who has worked with big names like P!nk, Hillary Duff, and Natalie Imbruglia, Jonny’s first single was a hit from the get-go.
Growing up in Charleston, SC, Jonny was raised by a single mother who always knew he was destined for greatness. As a toddler, he would march around the living room, belting out “Hi Ho” from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, showcasing his love for music. He honed his skills throughout middle school, performing in choruses, but it wasn’t until he was 13 that he discovered his true calling. A solo performance in his 8th grade choral recital was all it took for Jonny to realize his talent as a front man.
An accomplished pianist and singer, Jonny added drumming to his musical arsenal during high school. A standout performance at the Windjammer in Charleston, SC (where legends like John Mayer and Darius Rucker have played) confirmed that he was born to be a commanding stage presence.
Since relocating to Boston, Jonny has played at some of the city’s hottest music venues, including House of Blues, Brighton Music Hall, Royale, the Red Room, and the Middle East. He’s shared the stage with big names like Passenger, Alter Bridge, and Young the Giant, proving that he’s a rising star in the world of Alternative/Pop music.
